Acceptance of Terms
قبول الشروط
By downloading, installing, and using the Sharah application, you
agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do
not use our service.
بتنزيل وتثبيت واستخدام تطبيق شرارة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه
الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم خدمتنا.
1. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sharah. By using our app, you
represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
يجب أن تكون بعمر 18 سنة على الأقل لاستخدام شرارة. باستخدام تطبيقنا، فإنك
تقر بأنك في سن قانونية في اختصاصك.
2. Account Responsibilities

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant. Sharah reserves
the right to cancel any order that violates our policies. Payment must
be completed before order confirmation.
جميع الطلبات تخضع لقبول المطعم. تحتفظ شرارة بالحق في إلغاء أي طلب ينتهك
سياساتنا. يجب إكمال السداد قبل تأكيد الطلب.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sharah is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of
the app.
يتم توفير شرارة "كما هي" بدون ضمانات. نحن لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار
غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو اللاحقة الناشئة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

Harass or abuse Sharah staff or delivery partners

- Attempt to breach security systems

7. Modifications to Terms

Sharah may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app
constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
قد تعدل شرارة هذه الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق يعتبر
قبولاً للشروط المحدثة.
